ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🐖 150g pork tenderloin block
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g)
- 50g boiled bamboo shoot
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 2 green peppers (60g)
- 🍄 2 dried shiitake mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Adequate amount of salad oil
Batter
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Thickening
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Cut pork into 1cm slices, place in a bowl, and mix with sake, salt, and pepper.
Rehydrate dried shiitake mushrooms in water, squeeze out excess water, remove stems, and cut into quarters.
Cut carrot into bite-sized pieces. Boil in water for 5 minutes until tender, then drain. Cut bamboo shoots, onion, and green peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients (★) in a bowl. In another bowl, mix potato starch and water for thickening.
Mix pork with batter ingredients (☆).
Heat 1cm of salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the pork for 3 minutes until cooked through.
In another frying pan, heat 1 tbsp salad oil and stir-fry the vegetables over high heat. Add the fried pork and stir quickly.
Add the sauce to the pan, coat everything evenly, and bring to a boil. Stir in the thickening mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
