ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 50g bean sprouts
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), julienned
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cheese
- 20g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tbsp potato starch
ШАГИ
Cut bacon into 5mm strips.
Julienne the potato.
In a bowl, mix potato, bean sprouts, bacon, pizza cheese, and seasonings to form the batter.
Heat half of the olive oil in a frying pan, add the batter, flatten into a round shape, and press down while cooking for 5–6 minutes on medium heat until golden brown. Flip the galette.
Add the remaining olive oil around the edges, lift the galette slightly to spread the oil evenly, and press down while cooking for another 4–5 minutes until crispy.
