ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetable
- 200g bean sprouts
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 200ml water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
ШАГИ
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and grated ginger, stir-frying until the pork changes color. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until slightly softened. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and stir gently with a spatula until semi-cooked. Transfer to a serving plate.
Clean the pan and dry it. Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water, and cornstarch) in the pan until the cornstarch dissolves. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Pour the sweet vinegar sauce over the egg and bean sprout mixture. Garnish with chopped green onions.
