Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings fresh Chinese noodles
Meat
- 🐖 150g pork loin slices
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
ШАГИ
Cut the root ends off the bean sprouts and divide them into two portions.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, and green onion) in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, reduce to low heat, and cook the pork slices one by one until their color changes. Remove and set aside.
Heat the same pot to medium heat, skim off any foam, and cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
Add the bean sprouts to the pot just before removing the noodles, stir lightly, and drain. Mix with sesame oil in a bowl.
Plate the noodles and bean sprouts, top with the cooked pork, drizzle the sauce, and mix before serving.
