ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 🌿 10 basil leaves
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
ШАГИ
Slice the onion thinly and chop the red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Remove basil leaves from stems and slice the garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant.
Add the beef and onion to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add the red bell pepper and seasonings (sake, sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, chili) to the pan and stir-fry together.
Turn off the heat, add basil leaves, mix, and serve on a plate.
