ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef belly
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the bell peppers diagonally after removing the seeds and stem.
Cut the beef into 2cm wide strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the beef. Stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Then, add the bell peppers and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until everything is evenly coated.
