    • 🍅 100g canned chopped tomatoes
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
    • 1 tsp consomme
    • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garnish

    • 🧀 Grated cheese to taste
    • Dried parsley to taste

Slice the onion, trim and separate the shimeji mushrooms, and mince the garlic.

Add canned tomatoes, pasta cooking water, and consomme to the pan. Bring to a boil and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. Turn off the heat and stir in mozzarella cheese. Serve on a plate and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
