    • 🧈 20g salted butter
  • Sauce

    • 50cc balsamic vinegar
    • 🍷 100cc white wine
    • 💧 100cc water
    • 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
    • 🧂 Pepper, to taste
    • 🍯 1.5 tbsp honey
  • Mashed Potatoes

    • 🥔 1 potato (150g), peeled and diced
    • 🥛 1.5 tbsp milk
    • 🧈 10g salted butter
    • 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste

Mince the onion, carrot, and celery. Peel and dice the potato, then soak it in water and drain.

Season the beef with salt and pepper, then coat it with flour.

Boil the potato in a pot of water for about 12 minutes until tender. Drain and mash while hot. Add milk, butter, and season with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a pot and sear the beef on medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same pot, sauté the onion, carrot, and celery until the onion softens.

Return the beef to the pot. Add all sauce ingredients except honey. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30-45 minutes.

Add honey and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.

Serve the stew with mashed potatoes on the side.
