ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 8 slices thinly sliced beef tongue
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ШАГИ
Cut the bell peppers in half vertically, remove seeds and stems, and slice thinly. Slice the green onion diagonally into 5mm pieces.
Slice the beef tongue thinly and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the beef tongue, and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the bell peppers and green onion to the pan, stir-fry until softened, then add the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, sugar, grated garlic) and mix well.
