ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Sufficient amount of flour
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, julienned
Wraps
- 16 large dumpling wrappers
Cooking Oils
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sufficient amount of salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet bean sauce
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Trim the excess fat from the chicken thigh, make cuts in the muscle, and pierce the skin with a fork.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then marinate with cooking wine and soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Dust the marinated chicken with flour.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
Flip the chicken back to skin-side down and cook on medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Remove and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Spread a thin layer of salad oil in a pan using a paper towel. Cook dumpling wrappers one at a time over low heat until golden. Cover and steam for 1–2 minutes. Repeat for all wrappers.
Mix sweet bean sauce, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl to prepare the dipping sauce.
Assemble by placing chicken, cucumber, and green onion on a dumpling wrapper. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
