ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Liquids
- 💧 100cc water
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
ШАГИ
Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and slice them thinly. Slice the onion thinly.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add ground meat and cook until the color changes. Add the onion and sauté until softened.
Add curry powder and stir until the powder is well incorporated. Pour in water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook over medium heat, stirring, until the liquid is almost evaporated. Add the bell peppers and sauté until softened.
Add salt and stir briefly to combine. Serve warm.
