- 🦑 150g frozen squid rings
Vegetables
- 1 piece ginger, thinly sliced
- 3 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 myoga, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
ШАГИ
Thinly slice the ginger, shiso leaves, and myoga.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the squid rings, and cook until their color changes. Drain well.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, ponzu soy sauce, and salt. Add the boiled squid and sliced vegetables, and toss well.
