- 2 heads bok choy
Seafood
- 4 small crab sticks
Eggs
- 🥚 1 egg white
Thickening Agents
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Seasoning
- 🧂 to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
ШАГИ
Cut bok choy into bite-sized pieces. Adjust size based on bok choy's size.
Separate egg white from yolk. Save yolk for other recipes.
Boil water and add bok choy stems first. Cook until slightly tender.
Prepare crab sticks by separating them.
Add bok choy leaves and crab sticks to the boiling water. Simmer briefly.
Drizzle egg white over the soup and season with salt and pepper.
Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the soup to thicken.
Add oyster sauce and sesame oil to adjust seasoning. Serve hot.
