    • 🍗 8 chicken wings (480g)
  • Vegetables

    • 10cm daikon (300g)
    • 2 pieces of ginger
    • Chopped green onion, as needed
  • Cooking Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp miso
    • 💧 300ml water

Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.

Cut the daikon into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 2cm thick pieces. Julienne the ginger.

Heat salad oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Add chicken wings and cook until browned on all sides.

Add daikon and ginger to the pressure cooker and stir until coated with oil.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, and water) and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam, cover, and cook under pressure on low heat for 15 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally. Remove the lid and simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens.

Serve the dish in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onion.
