Meat
- 200g pork spare ribs
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Vegetable
- 1/4 bunch watercress
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🍅 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 💧 50cc water
ШАГИ
Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sear the pork ribs on both sides over medium heat until browned.
Mix all sauce ingredients in the rice cooker pot, then add the seared pork ribs. Cook using the standard rice cooking setting.
Plate the cooked pork ribs and garnish with watercress.
