Essential Ingredients
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 paper cup water
Seasoning Ingredients
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Cut potatoes and onions into bite-sized pieces, and slice the green chili thinly.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat a pot with a little cooking oil and stir-fry the potatoes over medium heat.
Once the potatoes turn translucent, add onions, water, and the prepared sauce. Simmer until the liquid reduces and the potatoes are tender.
Add the sliced green chili and simmer for another 1-2 minutes before serving.
