Vegetables
- 1kg radish
- 🧅 1 onion
- 2 green chilies
- 1 stalk green onion
Seafood
- 🐟 200g canned tuna
- 1 cup anchovy stock
Seasonings
- 7 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp chili powder
ШАГИ
Cut the radish into thick rectangular pieces.
Mix radish with 3 tbsp chili powder, 5 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp sugar. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Add the marinated radish to a pan and pour 1 cup of anchovy stock. Cover and cook on high heat for 10 minutes.
Add more stock as needed and simmer for another 10 minutes until the radish softens.
Add sliced onion and drained canned tuna to the pan.
Spoon the broth over the ingredients and reduce to medium-low heat. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chili powder, and 2 tbsp sugar.
Add sliced green chilies and green onion. Cook for 5 more minutes.
