ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🍢 1 block of small tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🌱 Generous amount of green onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🍶 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 Sufficient amount of water
ШАГИ
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, remove excess moisture, and pan-fry with 3 tbsp sesame oil until golden on both sides.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp cooking wine, and 1 tbsp sugar.
Slice the onion and green onion while frying the tofu.
Brush the sauce onto the tofu to allow it to absorb the flavors.
Place the sliced onion and green onion on top of the tofu.
Pour water until the tofu is submerged, bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce to medium or low heat.
Reduce the sauce until about one-third remains, then turn off the heat and serve.
