Main Ingredients
- 🧈 450g tofu
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning Sauce
- 💧 100ml water
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧅 sufficient amount of chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍯 1.5 tbsp honey
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 a pinch of sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Use a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture from the tofu.
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp perilla oil and 1 tbsp cooking oil.
Pan-fry the tofu until golden and crispy on the outside.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing water, chopped onion, green onion, chili powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce over the fried tofu.
Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens and the tofu absorbs the flavors.
Serve the braised tofu with steamed rice for a complete meal.
