Main Ingredients
- 🐟 4 slices yellowtail fillet
- 150g burdock root, sliced
- 1 piece ginger, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water
ШАГИ
Slice the burdock root diagonally and soak in water to remove bitterness. Drain and set aside. Slice the ginger thinly.
In a pot, combine sake, sugar, soy sauce, water, and ginger. Bring to a boil, then add the burdock root. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the yellowtail fillets to the pot. Cover with a drop lid and the pot lid, then simmer on low heat for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove the drop lid and gently mix the ingredients to coat them with the sauce.
