Main
- 🐟 1 fillet (100g) yellowtail
- 🥔 1/2 daikon radish (600g)
- Sufficient rice rinsing water
- A pinch of potato starch
- 🧅 A pinch of green onion
- 🧅 A pinch of spring onion
- 1 shishito pepper
- A pinch of Japanese mustard
Sauce
- 3 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
ШАГИ
Peel and cut the daikon radish into thick slices. Boil them in rice rinsing water until tender.
Coat the yellowtail fillet lightly with potato starch and fry until golden brown.
Prepare the sauce by mixing sake, light soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a pan. Heat until slightly thickened.
Add the fried yellowtail and boiled daikon to the sauce. Simmer until the flavors are absorbed.
Plate the dish and garnish with green onion, spring onion, shishito pepper, and Japanese mustard.
