    • 🥛 350cc milk
    • 50cc fresh cream

    • 1/2 tsp consomme
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of black pepper

Peel the broad beans and slice the onion. Boil water in a pot, add 2 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients) and the broad beans, and boil for 1 minute. Drain the water.

Wash the pot lightly, add butter, and heat. Add the onion and sauté over low heat until softened. Add consomme and broad beans, sauté until coated with oil, and let cool slightly.

Blend the sautéed mixture with 100cc of milk in a blender. Return the mixture to the pot, add the remaining 250cc milk, fresh cream, and salt. Mix and heat over medium heat until warmed through.
