Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧈 10g salted butter
ШАГИ
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms, separating them into smaller clusters.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Add broccoli and 3 tbsp of water to a pan, cover, and steam over medium heat for 1.5 minutes. Remove and drain the broccoli.
Wipe the pan dry, heat salad oil, and place chicken skin-side down. Cook until both sides are browned, then add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and butter) and stir-fry until fragrant. Return the broccoli to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
