ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 cup broccoli florets
Seafood
- 🍤 100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
ШАГИ
Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.
Boil water and add 1 tsp salt. Blanch broccoli for 40 seconds.
Drain the broccoli without rinsing in cold water.
Heat a pan on high heat for 3 minutes and add 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Stir-fry shrimp for 1 minute, then add 1/3 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tbsp cooking wine.
Add the blanched broccoli to the pan and stir-fry with the shrimp.
Add 2 tbsp oyster sauce and adjust seasoning to taste.
Drizzle 1 tsp sesame oil and stir-fry briefly on high heat.
