ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 2 slices buri fillet (160g)
Vegetables
- 3cm white part of negi
Staples
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Cut negi into thin strips, soak in water, and drain.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Slice buri fillet diagonally into thinner pieces and coat with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan and cook buri on medium-low heat until both sides are browned.
Add the mixed seasonings to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the fish.
Plate the fish and garnish with negi strips.
