Fish
- 🐟 2 filleted horse mackerels (160g)
Seasoning
- Enough flour for coating
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Cooking Fat
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Garnish
- 🍋 2 slices of lemon
- Enough baby leaves for garnish
ШАГИ
Sprinkle a pinch of salt evenly over the horse mackerels and let them rest for 10 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper and season with pepper. Lightly coat the fish with flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan. Place the fish skin-side down and cook over medium-low heat for 2 minutes while basting with butter. Flip the fish, cover with a lid, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Plate the fish and garnish with lemon slices and baby leaves.
