ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Soy Products
- 1 piece fried tofu
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 200ml water
ШАГИ
Cut the cabbage and fried tofu into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onion diagonally.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the sliced beef. Stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Push the beef to one side of the pan and add the cabbage, fried tofu, and green onion.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and water) to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 7-8 minutes.
