ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (200g)
- 🧅 3 green onions
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
ШАГИ
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the cabbage into 2cm squares, slice green onions into 3cm pieces, and mince the garlic after removing its core.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, gochujang, mayonnaise) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant, then add chicken and stir-fry over medium heat until the chicken changes color.
Add cabbage and stir-fry until softened, then add green onions and stir briefly. Finally, pour in the sauce and mix well.
