Main Ingredients
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
- 🥬 150g cabbage
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water
ШАГИ
Remove the hard core of the cabbage and cut it into 3cm squares.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half along the shorter side, then slice into 1cm strips along the longer side.
In a microwave-safe container, mix the seasonings (salt, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water). Add the cabbage and fried tofu, and mix well.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Remove, stir, and cover again. Let it sit until it cools to room temperature.
