Roll the cabbage leaf tightly from one end and slice thinly. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds. Squeeze out excess water and season with salt and pepper.

Lay the fried tofu flat with the inner side facing up. Arrange bacon and cheese slices to fit the size of the tofu. Add the seasoned cabbage and the cut-off tofu pieces, then roll tightly from one end and secure with toothpicks in four places.

Place the rolls in a frying pan over low heat and cook, turning occasionally, until evenly browned.

Remove the toothpicks, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve on a plate.
