ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 300g cabbage, chopped
- 1/4 stalk green onion, minced
Noodles
- 40g vermicelli
Seasonings
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Liquids
- 400cc water
Garnish
- To taste white sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and mince the green onion.
Mix ground pork, minced green onion, and ☆ seasonings in a bowl until sticky. Divide into 8 portions and shape into balls.
Heat water in a pot until boiling. Add meatballs and skim off any foam while cooking until done.
Add cabbage and ★ seasonings to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes.
Add vermicelli and cook until softened. Drizzle sesame oil, serve in bowls, and garnish with white sesame seeds.
