- 20g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage
Seasoning
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Boil water in a pot, add cabbage, and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes until tender. Rinse under cold water, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (marked ☆). Add the cabbage and dried shirasu, and toss well.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
