    • Pinch of pepper
    • 🧀 40g pizza cheese
  • Sauce

    • 1 tsp grain mustard
    • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • Cooking Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil

Combine milk and breadcrumbs in a bowl to soak. Add all remaining patty ingredients except cheese and mix until sticky. Divide into 4 portions, shape into oval patties, and place 10g of cheese in the center of each, wrapping it inside.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on one side, flip, cover with a lid, and cook for 6-7 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Wipe excess oil from the pan with a paper towel. Add sauce ingredients and simmer on low heat until thickened. Pour over the patties.
