- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🥬 1 handful shredded cabbage
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese, as needed
- Canola oil, as needed
- 🍅 Ketchup, as needed
ШАГИ
Beat 3 eggs with 2 pinches of salt in a bowl.
Shred the cabbage finely and mix it into the egg mixture.
Heat a pan with canola oil and pour the cabbage-egg mixture into the pan. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
Cook until the bottom is set, then fold the omelette in half. Reduce to low heat and cook until the cheese melts.
Transfer the omelette to a plate.
Drizzle ketchup on top and serve.
