- 🥬 7 leaves napa cabbage
Protein
- 🥛 1/4 block tofu
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp chopped green chili
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Blanch the napa cabbage leaves in boiling water until softened.
Place a strip of tofu on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan and cook the rolls until golden on both sides.
Brush the rolls with the prepared seasoning mixture.
Transfer the rolls to a serving plate and enjoy.
