- 🥩 300g chadolbagi (thinly sliced beef brisket)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 handful of mixed greens
- 10 leaves of lettuce, torn
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking syrup
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 A small amount of garlic
- A suitable amount of sesame seeds
- A pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
Pan-fry the chadolbagi until cooked and remove excess grease.
