Batter
- 70g pancake mix
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk

Cut the processed cheese into thirds.
Make a slit in the chikuwa, stuff with processed cheese, and cut into quarters. Secure with toothpicks.
Mix pancake mix and milk in a bowl, then coat the chikuwa pieces in the batter.
Heat salad oil to 160°C in a pot and fry the coated chikuwa until golden brown.
