ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 100g tteokbokki rice cakes
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp beef bouillon powder
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ШАГИ
Mix all seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) in a microwave-safe container. Add tteokbokki rice cakes and bean sprouts, and mix well.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes until the rice cakes soften.
Remove from microwave, transfer to a heat-resistant plate, and top with shredded pizza cheese. Microwave again for about 1 minute until the cheese melts.
Sprinkle chopped green onion over the dish before serving.
