Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken breast
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🥕 4 cm carrot, julienned
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Staple
- 100 g vermicelli
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 400 ml water
ШАГИ
Julienne the carrot and slice the chicken breast thinly. Cut vermicelli into bite-sized pieces using scissors.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add carrot and bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes. Then add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, and water) along with vermicelli. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped green onion on top and serve on a plate.
