ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken breast
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho
ШАГИ
Cut the chicken into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Slice the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into thin strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until cooked through. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, ponzu sauce, yuzu kosho) and mix until evenly coated.
