Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
- 🥬 6 Brussels sprouts, halved
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🐟 3 anchovy fillets, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Chicken Seasoning

ШАГИ
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and mince the garlic and anchovy fillets.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant, then add chicken and anchovies. Stir-fry over medium heat until the chicken changes color.
Add Brussels sprouts and stir-fry briefly. Add 1 tbsp of water, cover, and steam for 1 minute.
Add cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
