ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 300g daikon radish
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 150cc water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
ШАГИ
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and peel and slice the daikon radish into thick rounds.
Heat 1 tsp of salad oil in a pan and sauté the chicken until lightly browned.
Add the daikon radish slices to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Mix water, mirin, soy sauce, gochujang, and grated garlic in a bowl and pour into the pan.
Simmer the mixture over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until the daikon is tender and the flavors are absorbed.
Add the dried wakame to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy your Chicken and Daikon Simmered in Gochujang.
