ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Protein
- 🍗 80g chicken thigh, diced
Vegetables
- 80g bamboo shoot, sliced
- 1/2 piece ginger, julienned
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ШАГИ
Dice the chicken thigh into 1cm cubes.
Slice the bamboo shoot into bite-sized pieces and julienne the ginger.
Add soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Place the chicken, bamboo shoot, and ginger on top of the rice. Start the rice cooker on the regular cooking mode.
