Protein
- 100g ground chicken
Seafood
- 1 tbsp dried hijiki
Vegetables
- 🥔 150g potato
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Processed Foods
- 100g fish cake
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
ШАГИ
Cut the potato into small pieces, soak in water, drain, and boil until soft for about 5 minutes. Mash while hot. Soak hijiki in water, drain, and set aside.
Mash the fish cake in its bag until smooth.
Mix ground chicken, hijiki, and seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce) in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool and break apart.
Combine mashed potato, fish cake, chicken mixture, green onion, and binding ingredients (potato starch, dashi powder, salt) in a bowl. Divide into 6 portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 3 minutes on each side, covering the pan for the second side to ensure even cooking.
