Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1 pack maitake mushrooms
- 🥬 1/2 bunch spinach
Dairy
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Eggs
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Oil
- 2 tsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
ШАГИ
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Trim and cut the spinach into manageable pieces, and separate the maitake mushrooms by hand.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip and cook for about 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the maitake mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Add the spinach and stir briefly.
Add the milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir well, then turn off the heat and quickly mix in the beaten egg.
