    • 🧅 100g onion

    • 120g kimchi
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

    • 🧀 50g pizza cheese
  • Cooking Oil

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Cooking Wine

    • 1 tbsp sake

Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and microwave in a heatproof container for 3 minutes at 600W. Slice the onion into 1cm strips.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil in a hot plate at medium temperature. Place chicken skin-side down and cook until browned on all sides. Add potato and onion, stir-fry until softened. Add kimchi and seasonings, then cover and steam at low heat for 4 minutes.

Remove the lid, stir, and top with pizza cheese. Cover again and steam for 1 minute until the cheese melts.
