Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🎃 1/4 pumpkin
Liquid
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mirin
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp grated ginger

Cut the chicken thigh and pumpkin into bite-sized pieces.
Place the pumpkin and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a container.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the chicken skin-side down, and cook until browned. Flip the chicken, cook until fully done, then add the pumpkin and stir until coated with oil. Add the seasoning mixture and stir to coat evenly.
