ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g snap peas
- 🧅 1/2 stalk white part of green onion
- 1/2 piece ginger
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
ШАГИ
Remove excess fat from chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
Trim snap peas by removing stems and strings. Mince green onion and ginger.
Mix the sauce ingredients (cooking wine, salt, pepper, chicken broth powder) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat, add green onion and ginger, and cook until fragrant. Place chicken skin-side down and cook over medium heat, flipping occasionally until fully cooked.
Add snap peas to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the sauce and mix well.
