Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥬 350g cabbage
- 2 green chilies
- 1 red chili
- 🧅 A small amount of spring onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ШАГИ
Prepare smoked chicken breast or boil regular chicken breast. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces similar to the chicken. Slice green chilies thinly and red chili diagonally.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the cabbage until slightly softened. Add the shredded chicken breast and stir-fry together.
Once the cabbage starts to brighten, add soy sauce, fish sauce, oligosaccharide, and rice wine. Stir-fry quickly to mix well.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Turn off the heat and mix in the chilies and sesame seeds.
Plate the stir-fry and garnish with chopped spring onion. Serve and enjoy the crunchy cabbage and tender chicken.
