  • Aurora Sauce

    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

In a plastic bag, mix ground chicken, minced onion, and meat seasoning ingredients until sticky. Cut a corner of the bag.

Mix the aurora sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a pan and spread it evenly using a paper towel. Arrange 8 gyoza wrappers in the pan. Pipe half of the meat mixture onto the wrappers and spread evenly. Layer cheese slices on top, then pipe the remaining meat mixture and spread evenly. Cover with the remaining 8 gyoza wrappers.

Cook over medium heat until the bottom is golden brown. Flip, add water, cover, and steam for 5 minutes until the meat is cooked through. Remove the lid and evaporate excess water while shaking the pan.

Cut the gyoza into bite-sized pieces, plate, drizzle with aurora sauce, and sprinkle black pepper.
